Refund Policy – TD Educational Games
At TD Educational Games, we always strive to offer quality materials that contribute to children's development. To ensure transparency and security, we have established our refund policy:
1. Request Deadline
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
2. Product Conditions
The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
Products with manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments will be guaranteed an exchange or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
3. Shipping Costs
In cases of returns due to buyer's remorse or cancellation of the purchase, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In cases of defects or shipping errors, all return and reshipment costs will be the responsibility of TD Educational Games.
4. Refund Method
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days after receipt and evaluation of the returned product.
5. How to Request a Refund
